《食品营养和饮食科学杂志》是经同行评议的开放获取期刊,主要发表食品、营养和饮食应用实践有关的基础研究和基于实证的原创文章、评论、信函、观点、案例报告、调查和通讯。该杂志欢迎与公共卫生营养、分子营养、临床营养相关研究文章。本刊课题还包括精准营养、个性化营养、营养组学、营养免疫学、营养流行病学、健康功能食品以及新兴技术的营养效应以及食品安全可靠性相关的研究。
