The Journal of Food, Nutrition and Diet Science (JFNDS) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal dedicated to advancing knowledge about food production and nutritional health. The journal publishes epidemiological, experimental, and clinical studies on food production in the context of human and animal nutrition, the metabolic and physiological impacts of food components on tissues and organs, as well as food safety and the sustainable production of healthy foods. JFNDS welcomes original research articles, comprehensive reviews and short communications, narrative and systematic reviews exploring the continuum from farm to human health. Studies and reviews related to hot topics such as personalized human nutrition, dietary supplementation, nutriomics, gut microbiota utilization of alimentary compounds, as well as animal nutrition and green transition are all within the scope of the journal.
